A short sighted assessment - the fact remains that any Micro-Air Easy Start equipped A/C will start MUCH more easily than one not so equipped irrespective of source power. Regardless of what other steps the OP may take to resolve this issue he will in every circumstance be better off with an Easy Start installed on his A/C than without.
