HELP! Black tank Clogged
My friend has a clog in the black tank. Opened the valve and nothing comes out. What is the best way to fix?

2x on the possibility that the valve handle has come loose and the valve is not really open. I have the idea of using the cap with a hose fitting to force water in the opposite direction filed away.
