HELP! Black tank Clogged
My friend has a clog in the black tank. Opened the valve and nothing comes out. What is the best way to fix?

When my rig was about 3 years old, I was dumping my tanks at home with a macerator pump and a 4 inch clear section. While I was watching, the cutout from where they cut for the toilet fell into the clear section.
