As long as he's in The Enemy Camp, you might as well keep them all. If you can turn him around, the rest should be easy.
Maybe shame would work: Is there some Manly Man-type that you could enlist to assert that only weenies have to have full hookups all the time, and/or question his ability to weather the hardship of stopping at the dump station? You might even try "reassuring him" that you understand his Fear of Showerhouses, so he won't be made to use them. The whole family will make the sacrifice of saving all shower water for him...:B
