While I know that you can't always go by pictures, it does look in pretty good shape, (at a distance from the outside). Every time I look at Eddie's, it makes me think that the sh!tter backed up & out the vent & ran down the sides. :E

You are right that the one for sale looks decent, in fact it might take some downgrading to like the real one from the movie.
