And more than likely you would never get even close to having to use it for blackwater on a 3-4 day trip, just get one for graywater for his showers. A 5 gallon water jug with a spout would also come in handy for refilling that freshwater tank as needed.

There was a recent thread on here about conserving water, lots of great info/ideas. Sorry cant locate it though.
