Help me find a similar floorplan

Hi everyone, My hubby and I are looking for either a new TT or 5W. We have looked at just about everything and have decided we really like the floor plan that has a party couch with 2 dinettes and a angled TV (so we can actually see it from most of the couch). We need a bunkhouse and would love it to have a table for the kids to play among themselves. Hubby really wants an outdoor kitchen, but that's not a necessity. I really like having an island, but as long as there is some counter space I can work with, that's OK too. Here are 2 we have found. We are upgrading hubbies truck with this too, and are having a hard time finding a dually, and the 5th wheel we found would need one, so are still looking for a floor plan similar that may be a bit lighter. We are planning on a F350 diesel 6.7 or equivalent. Here is what we have found. Any suggestions? Our price range (actual price paid not msrp) is 20k-45k, for 45k it would have to be VERY impressive.

Open Range Lite 308 bhs (TT)

Roamer 367bhs (5th wheel)

Looking at the floor plans in your post they both are nice, as lvylog pointed out when looking at any coach have the dealer close the slides and see which cabinets and appliances (fridge) can be accessed.

Now to your question, having a Open Range I might be sort of biased but like you looked at a lot of different coaches before buying the Open Range. Have had it a year now and while there have been several issues (all warranty and no major show stoppers) the overall quality has been good and the dealer has been working hard to fix them in a timely manner. I prefer a fifth wheel over a tt for the ease of pulling and hitching. The fifth wheel model you are looking at is close in number to ours and we pull with a 3/4 ton SRW just fine, but I also am looking for a DRW mainly for the stability.

Look at any RV with the slides IN before buying. That center island may not be quite as nice as you thought.
