If you do not have pots and pans or silver ware to take form the house IKEA is not a bad place as well. A lot of there stuff is smaller and fairly inexpensive.
Think out of the box hen looking at objects as well. Remember space is limited so always look for items that can perform multiple tasks.
I get my protective gloves from Costco for when I empty the black water tank. (latex exam gloves)
If you are a coffee drinker I prefer a French Press especially if you plan to dry camp no electricity needed and the coffee is great.
I also am a big advocate of cooking most things outside. This way I do not get grease splatters all over the trailer. This kind of stuff will come down the road a bit. Here is a look at my setup for my outdoor kitchen.
