hern windows

Well, It happened again ! My 2013 coachman Mirada with HERN windows, they have broke again. This will be the 4th time a window has broken.The bar that contains the latch has come apart from the window just like the last time. Poor design on the mfg's part.Last 3 times the whole window had to be replaced. And my local Coachman dealer has been of no help. Hoping to get camping world to honor the extended warranty to fix this issue, along with a few others. Makes living full time a real drag.

    Do you mean Hehr? If so http://www.hehrintl.com/ There web site takes some time to mess with to find what you want. You should be able to see model number at some corner of window real small letters. Then I would give them a call with model number in hand and see if they have been any problems with that series. It might be your RV manufacture that installed the window?

    RV windows are a hassle and expensive.
