X-2, the Cherokee are toy haulers in either TT or 5'er, I doubt if you'll find a TT with a Front deck, for the very reasons wny_pat states.
RoyB on these forums has a PU with a deck on the front, I believe its a StarCraft, but it may be smaller than you're looking for.
