What cargo baskets are people using on their fifth wheels? Looking for one that can also be used for putting bikes on.

IMHO I like the flat ones not the baskets. It allows for you to carry any sized object and be able secure it and you are not limited to the inside diameter of the basket ones.
What ever you do, do NOT buy the cargo carrier that has an attached arm with a bike carrier on it. I did and it's junk and wobbles, etc etc. I ended up folding it up and permanently welding it shut out of the way!
That said they make metal holders that attach to all cargo carriers to hold bikes. Several companies sell them and there are several different designs. Just google cargo carrier bike racks.
