If this helps you, our TT has a 30 gallon black tank, and my wife and I can go a week before having to empty it. So I imagine you'll be okay with the 26 gallon black tank in the smaller unit you're considering.
However, you'll fill up the gray tank WAY faster than the black tank, so that's your real limitation. 26 gallon isn't very large. However, 80 gallons is HUGE and will give you a lot more time before having to dump. Our unit has a 50-60 gallon and we can go a week before having to empty it. That's with taking all showers in our TT also.
Knowing nothing else about these 2 units you're considering, I would definitely go with the larger tank one unless you'll always have full hookups.
