Back 30 years ago - that's what folks did. Many campgrounds have a ditch behind a row of campers and everyone ran a water hose from their sink and shower outlet to the ditch. Many TT didn't have gray tanks. Today - everything has to be dumped into a proper sewer/ treatment facility.

The trailer has one black tank and one gray tank for the bathroom, and a separate gray tank for the kitchen sink. Such combinations are common on trailers with separate facilities.
I've even seen one toy hauler with one freshwater tanks, two black tanks and two gray tanks. Because of the low slung build of the rig, both bathrooms needed separate black tanks. There was not enough 'rise' for the back toilet waste to drain to the main tank area.
