Black tank= a healthy person produces approx. 2 gal of urine and poop a day. BUT you want to have extra water in the black to keep things moving so figure 3 gallons (two liquid, one solids=poop, paper, etc.)/day.
Grey is individual dependent. water use can be managed but to be happy you will want as much as you can fit in. I like the two times fresh rule but I can get by with a lot less.
Fresh depends on where you camp I guess. I get by with 15 gallons and generally only travel with 4 or 5 in the tank for toilet use.
Anyway, We have had this particular RV for 10 years. It has 15 fresh, 15 black, and two 15 grays. The longest we ever boonedocked in this unit was 5 days. Would not have been able to stay much longer but it was good for that length of time.
