Holding Tanks Size, what to look for?

Our camper is 40 fresh, 40 gray, 40 black.
With two of us we can generally go about a week on the black tank.
The fresh water tank will last two to four days. Two if we're extravagant, 4 if we're conservative.
Most of this winds up in the gray tank (So it lasts 3 to 4 or 5 days).
(Don't worry- an appropriate amount of water goes in the black tank, we have yet to have a clog).
The wife will tend to shower at the campground facilities and this extends things. I prefer the shower in the camper.
Please no replies from those who feel strongly against using the campground shower- we are happy to do it whichever way works for the particular camping trip- AND elbo room and unlimited hot water is worth something- means a little more to her, and a little less to me, but neither of us is wrong!
