First: 2,000 a month.. I think it is doable.. Wife and I lived on slightly more than that(About 2300) but the RV is not yet fully paid for.. After paying for RV we had less than 2,000.. We do use a lot of "membership" campground sites, So parking is very low cost. Today I live on around 3,000 a month but I'm finally doing maintenance
Second: Driving a Big Class A.. YES they are BIG, 6" wider than anything licensed for the freeway save a flat bed tow truck in fact.. you'd be amazed at how "Big" that six inches is.. Took me a couple of trips to get used to it then it was, after some improvements, as easy to drive as my car..
(I added a trac bar and steering stablizer. Suggest all do)
And yes there are a lot of folks who use Class C's Or even a Bus.
