X2 On the PenFed Cash Rewards Visa card. 5 percent cash back on fuel and it's paid every month. Also no transaction fees in Canada which is a great place to visit.
We also use Kroger stores when possible and get fuel points. So fuel up to 35 gallons is discounted and then PenFed cash back on the charge.
