Sadly I second gbopp's comments.. I sometimes tell the tail of 3 calls to cuss-some-more/customer service
Hughes (2-way sat internet) 7 hours and no resolution
Xantrex when their Customer service was US based
A couple minutes to get the RMA and about 10 more to get additional info to keep it from happening again.
Workorse (Troy MI) did not get past the fall screner (A real human) as she had my answer.. Total time about 1 minute or less.
