Horrible CW Customer Service

Just received a call from Mark at CW. He has assured me that CW is okay, but they have a back log of approx. 7,000 emails. He basically said that they have a computer program conversion that did not go smoothly and they are encountering difficulties.

I checked my online banking account and CW does not actually owe me a refund due to the order not processing through.

Mark was very pleasant and did not ask me to reconsider my order or anything of that nature. He basically apologized for the inconvenience and the lack of communication.

I appreciated his call but there's numerous vendors and I'm moving forward with another one that I've previously used until CW can eliminate their software issues.

I'm still waiting for the call..................

Update - 23 minutes on hold and I finally got a live person.

I asked the person to cancel my order. She placed me on hold for approximately two minutes returned to the line and said she cancelled my order and it would take 7 to 10 business days to receive my refund.

She asked why I wanted to cancel the order and I replied that I placed the order 9 days ago and it was still in the "processing" stage and no one from CW would reply to my email inquiries regarding the order, nor could I seem to get a customer service rep. on the phone until now.

Once refund is received I will update.

I am once again trying to call CW to cancel this order due to lack of customer service and have been on hold for 14 minutes - I'm on my third set of messages that go to "Message 9" -

I am usually not one to complain or say bad things but please, if you are thinking about ordering from CW please rethink your options. I don't want to see others deal with this situation.

So now after sending the order number through private message I'm being told it could up to 48 hours for follow up.

This is nuts!

Marcus couldn't care less.... he's knows there are lots of fish in the sea. He won't care until the fishing gets bad and its too late. Ya think stock holders know what's going on ? Apparently profits are enough to not pay any major attention here.
Do posters notice you have only a handful of people posting as GS team members, no wonder they are backlogged and can't reply on a timely basis.
Of course this is all speculation, uh huh...

Plain and simple, never order online from them. I did, and learnt my lesson. All resolved now and they say they are sending me a credit as a bonus. Dont need the money that bad, will mail back to the attention of the CEO along with a note.
