Hot water heater... Drain after every trip?
Hi all,
So we just completed out second weekend to shake out our new Evergreen. So far everything has been good save a few minor things. I have been draining all the water as we have still been seeing a few cold nights here and there, but I was wondering about the hot water heater? I have been letting it cool then opening the drain plug, which is effective but seems like a stupid way to do it since water gets everywhere. It seems most things are easy and don't make a huge mess, so pulling the drain plug seems out of place. Is there a better way to do it? Does it need to be drained after every trip? I have a 6 gallon Atwood.
Thanks!
Greg
