How do you guys look for RV Parks?

Rv park review is my go to thing.

I like rvparky myself. I have heard allstays is a good one but you have to pay. These are apps of course for your phone.

Google is my go to, but also use RVParky. I've never stayed at one that I saw a billboard for. Anytime I go I already have reservations, so the billboard would be to late for me.

I might add that I throw out the high and the low review on RVParkReviews and figure a rough average on what's left. I figure the high review is the owner and the low is the closest competitor.

We never stay at a place that has lower than 7.5 unless we know (personally) someone who's stayed there and they recommend it anyway.

When planning a trip I use google maps to figure out where we'll be going and RV park reviews to find a place in that area. If I strike out, or if I just pull into a place that's full, I go to RVParky to find someplace close by. If this happens, I don't bother with the review and will pick a KOA or some other known quantity (Good Sam, Sun Resorts etc.)

I keep an eye out for recommendations on this forum.

X2. I look at it as some people will love something no matter what and some will hate it no matter what.

Net search, RVPark Reviews, TripAdvisor and this forum are what I used to use (not camping at this point in life). As stated prior you must analyze the negatives and decide if they are truly an issue for you. No golf carts or no fires were never an issue-no pool usually was. That also relates to things such as noise levels, accessibility to highways, what type of hook-up, etc.
