How do you keep plastic leveling blocks from slipping?

I think leveling blocks are old-school and a total pita. I have a single axle and use a Bal leveler and it works really well. I just watched a you-tube video on the Andersen levelers, which would work for double or single axles and it looks like it works great. So much less stress and time with both of these great products
