Many have already explained the difference between 'campgrounds' and 'RV parks'. RV parks will present no problem. When we had a 36' DP and fulltimed around the country we stayed mostly in state parks and only found one in which the interior road was simply too tight for us to negotiate the site. The site, itself, was large enough but we couldn't get into it so we moved on. That said, there are quite a few national parks where you would not be able to camp in anything longer than 30'.
You don't need to use 50 amps just because you have a 50 amp system. You get an adapter that lets you plug into a 30 amp receptacle and you can at least run some of your appliances and your lights, maybe one A/C.
