How limiting are the longer RVs?
What I'm getting from reading along is that the closer you get to 38ft. and beyond you are limiting yourself on the amount of places you can camp. How large of a problem is this? Can anyone give me ...

every state is different in what their parks offer as far as cheap places to stay or away from it all. Do your home work or provide more information.
Generally speaking size doesn't matter unless you're looking at going primitive and looking to be away from everything or plan on using older state parks with size limitations. Where we live, Florida, there are very few places we can't go. Very few. Ymmv in other states.
