Airstreams are nice to look at but not really practical. Those curved sides take away a lot of storage.
As for weight? That totally depends on you and your wife. Some people feel 200 pounds is a lot, some thing 500 pounds is nothing. Look at a trailers GVWR. That will five you the max that the mfg says it should weigh. Yoh may never see that, but guaranteed you will never see the mfg published dry weight either. Always better to error on the side of caution.
I have always found that if there is a place it will get filled sooner or later.
What a trailera cargo capacity is includes not only personal junk, but water, batteries, propane etc. So expect you can actually load XXX pounds of stuff. If you really want to know how much stuff weighs weigh a weeka worth of food, clothes etc.
