How much does the "stuff" weigh that you pack in your TT?

Sorry another newbie question. My wife and I are planning upon buying our first Travel Trailer, so we can start touring the country. Since this is our first trailer, we mainly looking at newer use...

My wife doesn't pack for a trip she packs for the season. I asked her tonight "why do we have two cases of water (24 bottles each) in the trailer"? Her answer, "so I don't have to put another one in the for the trip we're taking AFTER the next trip". We went from a 23' to a 32.5' trailer and in a month she's filled all the empty space.
