how much ice in black tank to clean sensor?

I am one who believes that the ice DOES work. Or at least it works for me. And by using the ice process, my sensors DO work.
Many times when we camp, we will fill an ice chest with sodas and beer. And for the trip home, when we don't need the ice from the chest anymore, we would dump it down the toilet (but after we dump). For us, a bag or two work great during an hours drive.
