How much pressure/torque on "stabilization" jacks?

On manual stabilization jacks on a travel trailer how much pressure do you feel is right without over doing it? My feeling is it's nice to have "bounce" out of frame but I don't want to break/bend ...

OK, bounce is bad term maybe should be wiggle?

I never thought about using tongue jack to set other jacks. Good idea.
