Fed/state parks I count on averaging $20-24/night. Private parks I figure on at $35 and up. Depending on the location and the amenities, the sky is the limit. We have no issue paying $60 + a night for a decent place. But at that price, it should be at least a paved pad, full hook ups, pool, etc. the only alternative to all those things is if they are the only or best place in the area we want to be. We have no issues spending $500 for a week of camping at he beach in myrtle beach during the summer. Try getting a place like a hotel or condo on the beach then. You will spend triple that amount.
