RV parks have gone up in price for three reasons:
1: Local towns and counties are cashing in on no overnighting ordinances.
2: New, stricter electric/water/wastewater codes.
3: Demand for good Wi-Fi, and the equipment that it takes to have that is expensive, and has to be constantly maintained/upgraded.
4: RV parks have to be on relatively inexpensive land, and property taxes can make almost any RV park go out of business.
