Unfortunately it is the 'normal' with RV Warranty repairs regardless of MFG.
Service AFTER sales is lacking at most all dealers and that is at ones where purchase was made.
If didn't purchase from dealer then back of the line....after those that did, after those that have bought there previously, after those that have cash, after etc.
As suggested above....CONTACT Winnebago and 'SQUEAL'
