Sad but true. Some say the manufacture builds a unit to about 80% then the dealer and new owner finish them. Not to be a contributor to negative comments, but in hopes of sharing some thoughts. Document, Document, Document. You can call the manufacture and get them involved and maybe help get things rolling. For the simple little stuff, sometimes the manufacture will send you the part and just get it done yourself. OR they may authorize a mobile service to come to you and get the repair done. In any case, stay on top of them and make sure you do a thorough check when done. You paid a lot of money, they already got it and you should be able to enjoy it now. Good Luck & Be Safe ! ! !
