FWIW salesmen are just that. Sales people, nothing more. They will promise the world but have no ability to deliver. This is true with motorhomes, trailers, cars, boats, you name it. Since boats and trailers are a packaging of systems provided by multiple manufacturers their integration is often less than optimal. And once the seller gets his check, you fall off the radar screen. As was suggested, get hold of Winnie and make noise, LOTS of noise.
