Definitely go to the Florida DMV site first.
Since the inception of the wonderful ID Act you now have to have numerous pieces of ID to get a DL.
Been there did that this month what a pain.
And THEN come to find out that there are impact fees 'on top' of the base fee of registering your vehicle if coming from out of state. $500 to register just my car. :(
