I just did a very quick Google search on R-pods, looks like a 2011 model is running about $12,000 from a dealer. RV Guide lists that at $15,000. And yet another web site (dealer) has this: MSRP: $17,433 Sale Price: $12,915, all for the same one.
I think you've got a good price going on there ... SHHH! Don't tell the seller what they "could" get out of it. Offer $100 less and get it!
