Yes, the truck creates a vacuume as it passes pushing the air out of its way then creates a vortex in it wake also disturbing the air after wards causing what you are feeling.

No amount of air pressure changes or suspension mods will get rid of this totally but I have seen where Air Tabs worked to make it much better.
We used them on our trucks to be a bit more fuel efficient and handle better,which they did.
I have noticed when passed by a large vehicle that have some kind of vortex generators or good aerodynamics the buffeting is not as severe.
