I'm completely discouraged after reading these posts...

Thank you to everyone for your responses even the negative not-so-nice ones. There's value in all of them. I can see I have a lot more research and thinking to do and I'm grateful for forums like this that are there to help and encourage people. It's great to hear that so many of you are loving your RV lifestyles - I hope to meet all of you somewhere in this great land of ours someday.
