Dump station? Bath house? Garbage disposal?
Well, the difficulty in communication is now quite clear!
Many of our State Parks and most of our Forest Service campgrounds don't have any such "amenities". They are "PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT" primitive sites (although many have paved roads these days). However, the rules for proper waste disposal are prominently displayed on the bulletin board at the entrance. You will seldom find a pamphlet at the pay station. The Camp Host has other things to do, he doesn't have time to greet each camper.
