brianosaur, Cost was approx. $850.. that included inspector going over the MH with fine tooth comb. Actually two people. spent 5-6 hours on it. Tested every appliance, ran water everywhere checking for leaks and pressure, checked supply and drain lines and valves, ran generator and tested power output, climbed on roof and checked it carefully for cracking, tears, seals etc. climbed under and checked for rust and visible (to someone who knows) suspension issues. Checked for propane leaks. checked all detectors (smoke, propane, etc). Checked for signs of leaking, soft spots, tears or scratches in all upholstery and finishes. Also pulled fluids and sent to lab for analysis.
Full report included over 100 pages, probably about 100 pictures (I didn't count) and several videos (showing issue with slide going in and out) or very noisy awning.
