1) Any microwave/convection oven that will fit into the space. I do not beleive you will get to pick from a large number
2) I am with the other post why the trailer?? I do not know how you cook on a grill but when I cook the grease flys everywhere. or drips down. I do not want any thing like that on my unit. Get a free standing or table one.
4) Go to a blind shop in your town with the sizes. I am sure even there the cost will suprise you.
