Actually, Salem's website claims 28 gallon fresh water capacity...I would agree with you unless the intended purpose for the RV was only to be used with full hook-ups...then the fresh water capacity is a non-issue.
Only other item I would point out is it is nice the Salem has the sink outside the door for the washroom...however, this is a very subjective item.
