How do you do it? Most of mine flip open, even the sliding windows slide open. Do you only put things in there when parked?

Tension bars inside the cabinets will keep heavy can good items from pushing on the door. I use a bungee on the refrigerator door after a quart jar of Chili preserves fell out and broke. That was on I-10 in LA, which is like a paint shaker for RV's.
