Watch out for the word ' Lite' in a model name. Lightening an rv comes at expense to quality. Get the lightest unit you can find for size, you will discover the trim coming loose or some other issue because there is no fastener. Ultra Heavy wont sell.
Its much the same with length #s, MFGRs pick whatever they want to entice a buyer.
You tell the salesman 30', 5000#. He'll show you those with that model 30 #, you will be impressed by how roomy it is. Its actually a 36' measured hitch to bumper.
I made the mistake in 96 when we bought our first slide out trailer, a 97 Holiday Rambler 32 WFS. 32' overall. An excellent rig we used for 11 years. Heavy, for size, 7400# dry perfect build. Full timed in it for 2 years. Then sold for top $
The mistake was the wide slide road side. Our windows were on neighbors side, not our camp side . Also hookups are road side, so we often had to park away from the way the site was built, due to hookups, trees. No fun looking out our windows at the neighbors site.
Consider heavier units for quality, resale, where your views are. Use your tape measure to verify length.
