melloftus, are you storing your camper off your property? Assuming so, can you turn on the frig where it is being stored? Then when ready to bring it home to load up and you need to shut it off, put frozen water bottles and/or frozen casserole type things in the frig to keep it cold while loading.
When you want to keep the camper overnight while loading, just plan on loading up the frig last, right before you leave - the food should keep cold just fine.
Important to remember is stuff like soda cans and water bottles! Make sure they are cold out of your home frig before putting them in the camper frig.
As another posted, I level my camper so my stove is level - makes cooking easier. Also, having an unlevel camper drives me crazy walking around in it, sleeping, etc.
