The specs call for a max of 3 degrees side-to-side and 6 degrees front-to-back. That is looking at the fridge, not the RV. Doing the math shows that 3 degrees equals 0.6280" per ft, and 6 degrees equals 1.2543" per ft.
So, on a 24' long 8' wide RV, that means a 15" difference from the front of the RV to the back (0.6280" x 24), and a 10" difference side to side (1.2543" x 8). If you can comfortably walk around your RV, you are within those numbers.
As for driving with the fridge running on LPG; it is designed to do so, is legal to do so in every state, and is in fact done so by 10's of 1000's of RV owners safely every day.
Get your trailer reasonably level and turn on the fridge 1 or 2 days prior to your trip. Then load it up and head on out. Don't overthink things that don't need it; there are plenty of other things to stress about when it comes to owning/using an RV!
