First thing is check the manual for your make, model & age of fridge to verify what out of level it can be up to.
Norcold fridges can operate up to 6 degrees out of level front to back and 3 degrees side to side. Older fridges can't be out of level as much.
For a fridge oriented against a side wall, 6 degrees in a standard 8' wide TT would equate to 10" lower on one side. 10" lower on one side is HUGE!! That's enough to send DW into a vertigo attack. :E
A 30' long trailer with fridge in same orientation and 3 degrees off level would equate to 18" lower at one end.
