I have used 2 x 10 wooden blocks with tapered ends and 3 different lengths for many years with no problems. Never have seen the need to buy plastic blocks.
I just drive up on the blocks.
X-2. During the 16 years we owned our Bounder, I only replaced our factory recommended 2 X 8(10) three level blocks once. I do love the hydraulic levelers on the Winnie but I also carry a few short pieces of 2 X 8 and 2 X 10 just for really bad sites, like most of them at Alaska's Deep Creek St. Park. I also carry a shovel to help adjust the levelness of the site.
