Liquid rubber

For many years I used Dicor liquid white rubber roof coating on my TT with great results. I did this at least once a year after proper cleaning of roof before hand and also covered any exposed flanges or attachment points. Never any leaks at all including hard rain in Oregon and Texas.

Easy to apply with both long handle paint roller and/or long handle sponge mop. I used both. Relative mess free and easy to clean up if done quickly.
