With my 90 gal gray tank, I can go 14 days without dumping being VERY conservative with overall water usuage with 2 people. With a 40 gal. you should be able to go 5-6 days IF: 1. you start with empty gray tanks and only about 2 to 3 gal. in the black tank 2. Use water saving techniques suggested. Men can also take a whizz outside if possible to save a toilet flush.
Or if $$ possible, buy new trailer with bigger tanks.
