I take an alternate view - tank size really doesn't matter all that much as long as it's large enough to get you through a day of camping. Yes, we don't use any more fresh water than we have to but unlike some we're not interested in a minimalist use of water either. Reasoning that I'm therefore going to have to off load the contents of the GW tank while we're still camping the solution is to have a system in place just for that purpose. Some use a wheeled tote tank, I use inexpensive, easy to store 7 gal Aquatainers. I simply gravity drain into a couple of tanks sitting at the back of the truck so the most I have to do is lift a full 60 lb tank to the truck tailgate for a later trip to the campground dump station. Having an effective method of offloading GW eliminates any concern over tank capacity. K.I.S.S. :B
